At Nilkanth Foods & Spices, our flours are ground fresh only after you place your order to guarantee absolute nutrient retention and a rustic aroma. Here is how we manage our fresh dispatch pipeline.
1. Milling Schedule & Dispatch
To guarantee absolute freshness, we do not stockpile pre-ground flour inside dark warehouses. Our milling schedule runs three times a week:
- Orders finalized before Monday 6:00 PM are milled on Tuesday and dispatched on Wednesday.
- Orders finalized before Thursday 6:00 PM are milled on Friday and dispatched on Saturday.
- All products are securely sealed in multilayer food-grade kraft bags to prevent moisture leaks.
2. Shipping Tariffs & Areas
We proudly deliver our premium stone-ground products across Gujarat and major metropolitan cities in India:
- Local Gujarat delivery: Usually takes 2 to 3 business days from dispatch date.
- Out-of-state delivery: Usually takes 4 to 6 business days from dispatch date.
- Final shipping tariffs are computed based on parcel weight and will be confirmed in your WhatsApp invoice.
3. Freshness Guarantee & Return Policy
Because our flours and spices are organic food products processed cooling without chemical preservatives, they cannot be returned once opened.
However, if your parcel arrives damaged during shipping transit, or if there is a weight discrepancy, reach out to our WhatsApp support team within 24 hours of delivery. Share a photo of the damaged seal, and we will immediately process a replacement dispatch or full refund.
4. Order Cancellations
Since we grind all orders fresh specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once the milling process has commenced (typically 12 hours after order inquiry is approved on WhatsApp).
